Within the pages of this book there are many fine photos as well as articles (testimonials) by concert pianists. The history is interesting for anyone who owns a Bechstein piano as the company has had its ups and downs being in Germany through two World Wars. Through times good and bad the company remains the its founder's family. A well produced book of interest to a limited audience but certainly to anyone fortunate enough to enjoy a C.Bechstein piano.
