Synopsis

This book brings together the work of fifteen scholars , drawn from different disciplines , to provide a complete and stimulating picture of the development of the medieval town in Scotland. The editors comprise an archaeologist, a historian and an architectural historian and the contributors include activists, ecclesiastical and legal historians as well as the authors of six recent research theses.

Condition

A fine copy. Dust-jacket remains un-clipped and has minimum edgewear. Text block remains tight. All contents present and pages are crisp and clean throughout and free from any names or writing etc. Overall an excellent copy.
