Published by Frederick Warne & Co, London, undated, circa 1890. Stamped decorative cloth binding. 8vo, gilt to all page edges, dark brown clay endpapers, with decorative red borders to text pages and with b&w illustrations.
CONDITION
The binding is very good with no carcking to the hinges or tearing to the cloth. Endpapers good. Pages good throughout and free from foxings, stains etc. The engraved steel plates are in good clean condition. A little spotting to tissue guard and the frontispiece and a little to title page. Overall an attractive copy in very good condition.
