E.V. Gordon's edition of the Middle English poem Pearl. As stated by Gordon's wife in the introduction, this was an edition begun by Gordon and Tolkien together, but with Tolien being busy at the time it was completed by Gordon. Tolkien, however, did provide assistance to the final edits after Gordon's death.
