The memoir is of John Buchan, the father of John Buchan, the author of ‘The Thirty-Nine Steps.’ Helen Buchan, who has signed trhe book, was the wife of John Buchan [the elder] and the mother of John Buchan the author.
CONDITION
A good copy with some sun-fading to the cloth binding. Some light spotting to endpapers, title page and the following fewq pages but the rest of the text is clean with perhaps the odd spot here and there. Overall a good inscibed copy.
