A very good clean copy. The decorative binding is in very good condition with no tears to the cloth and just a couple of light grubby marks to rear board. Endpapers good although the front one has a neat inscription to it. All pages present and in very clean condition throughout. No foxing, stains, or other marks. Overall a very good copy.
Randolph Caldecott (1846-1886) was the most influential children's book illustrator of the late 19th Century.
