Published by W.R.H. Adamson, London, 1860. Presumed first edition. Full polished calf with gilt tooled decoration and raised bands to spine. With fractional wear and rubbing to joints. With gilt dentelles inside, and blue endpapers, but all soundly bound. 118pp + (5) Advertisements + (2) Original printed Paper Wraps. 160mm high x 105mm wide x 14mm deep.

Text is clean and bright throughout With the original green paper wraps bound in at the rear. These have been rebacked onto paper. Scuffed and worn with some losses to front wrap, but scarce survivors.
