The first tale in this book, "Dagon", is a short story by H.P. Lovecraft that follows a morphine-addicted World War I officer who recounts a terrifying encounter with a monstrous sea deity after being stranded on a mysterious island.

CONDITION
A very good copy. Dust jacket in mint condition. Cloth binding is excellent. No damages. All contents present and pages in like-new condition. Overall a very handsome copy.
