Published by C Arthur Pearson Ltd. 1928. Second imppression of the second edition, 1928. Hardback book in original dust jacket. Cloth binding with stamped covers (the same as the design on the jacket). 126 pages plus two pages of publishers adverts. Illustrated with sketches.
The Leader in charge of a Brownie Guide Pack is called a Brown Owl and she is assisted by other Leaders called Tawny Owl, Snowy Owl, Grey Owl, etc.
CONDITION
A good copy. The original dust jacket is in good condition and has a previous owner's name written to the top edge. The boards and spine are very clean. All contnets present and pages good throughout. When the book is closed theree is spotting to the edges of the pages but this doesn't intrude onto the pages themselves. Previous owner has also written their name to front endpaper. Overall a good copy and scarce in its original jacket.
