London, Dulau and Company. 1909, Revised Edition. Hardback book, brown cloth with gilt design of violing to front board and spine and titles in gilt, 526pp, Numerous wood engravings from photographs of the works of Stradivari, guarneri, Amati, and others.
Good condition - small closed tear to the cloth at the top of the spine, some light grubby marks to boards and corners a little rubbed, hinges good with no cracking, binding tight and square and with all contents present, pages are in good clean condition throughout, title page has a previous owner's name writting to the top margin. Overall a good copy.
