This is a presentation copy form the author (whose real name was William Sharp) and his wife Elizabeth. The meassge reads: "To our dear friend Adelaide who housed so many of our books during our wanderings, from Elizabeth and the author, F.M = W.S. march 1906"
CONDITION
A good copy. The cloth binding is good with alittle wear to teh cloth at the foot of the front hinge (see image). Patterned endpapers very good. Bookplate belonging to Adelaide L. E. Hogg pasted to inside front board. All contents present and pages clean throughout. Overall a good copy.
