David MacGibbon (1831-1902) and Thomas Ross (1839-1930) were Scottish architects. Their practice, MacGibbon and Ross was established in 1872 and continued until 1914. They are best known today for their comprehensive published surveys of Scotland's architectural heritage, including this three volume work on the churches, chapels, and cathedrals of Scotland. A beautiful set.

CONDITION
A very good first edition and complete in three. All the cloth bindings are in good condition. Binding tight and square. Both inner and outer hinges secure and with no cracking. All contents present. Endpapers have a little spotting and age-toning. All contents present and all text clean throughout. Overall a very good copy.
