London: George Allen, 1894, Large Paper edition of 250 copies for England and 25 copies for America, half-title, full-page frontispiece and illustrations to text by Hugh Thomson, all China paper proofs, decorative initials, top edge gilt, remainder untrimmed, beautiful full  green morocco binding by Hatchards with their mark stamped to front turn-in', gilt decoration in the arts & crafts style to the spine, large 8vo (26 x 17.5 cm).

CONDITION
A fine copy. The leather binding is in very good condition with no damage or marks. Endpapers very good. All contents present and all pages very clean throughout with the exception of a small 'brownish' mark to the top margin of page 54 (see images provided). Overall a very good copy.
