This would appear to be a complimentary copy from the author as there is a small slip pasted to the inside front board which reads "Compliments of Mrs. John Straiton, Bayside, Long Island". Below this is a bookplate belonging to a A.W.K. Straton
A rare copy of privately printed travel letters written by a Mrs. Straiton and her daughter Emma. Mrs. Straiton and her daughter Emma travelled in India, Asia Minor, Egypt, Holy Land, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Austria, Swizerland, France, England, Ireland and Scotland.
CONDITION
A very good clean copy throughout. The cloth binding is very good,endpapers very good, all contents present and pages clean throughout. Overall a very good first edition.
