48mo (3.50" tall x 2.50" wide]. A highly attractive miniature copy presented in the original slipcase and with superb gauffered edges and fore-edge paintings. In excellent, clean and solid condition with only minimal light marks or blemishes. Separate title page to the Psalter after the prayer book. A very handsome copy.

Bound in dark maroon velvet binding with metal fore-edges, and a small central motif to the boards. Working clasp engraved 'Darritt & Co, London', presumably the binders. With ornate gauffered gilt edged text block. Ornately painted with fore-edge paintings to all three margins. Presented with the original clamshell box, a little rubbed or worn, and with a tear to one edge, but the box has clearly done its intended job as the book is in excellent condition.
