CONDITION

A good complete two-volume set of the first edition. Rebound in half-calf bindings with marble sides, plain endpapers in very good condition. All contents present and text good throughout. Some spotting to the outer margins of some plates but this is mostly light but there are a few that have been affected heavier . . the last few iamges show the worst of this spotting. Perferated library stamps to a few pages but no ink markings. Overall a good complete first edition.
