A good copy. The leather binding is good with some light denting to front and back board (see pictures). Slight superficial rubbing to book edges and spine edges but no major damage. Gilt decoration remains clear. Inner hinges sound with no cracking. One small neat inscription to front endpaper. All contents present. Pages clean throughout, free from foxing, stains etc. Overall very good.

Marmion : A Tale Of Flodden Field is a historical romance in verse of 16th Century Scotland and England by Walter Scott. Consisting of six cantos, each with an introductory epistle. It concludes with the battle of Flodden 1513.
