CONDITION
A very good copy of the first edition. The leather bindings are very good and all boards are firmly attached and inner joint sound with no cracking. Endpapers very good. Some age toning to the frontispiece and title page of volume I. All contents present and text pages good throughout with ocassional spotting to a few margins. Overall a very good copy.
